A-13 Automatic Rifle
Type: Bullets - 7.62mm
Range: 600 yards
Rate of Fire: 600/minute
Description: The A-13 Automatic Rifle fires a 7.62mm bullet which produces significant wounding (including remote wounding effects known as hydrostatic shock) in cases where the bullet strike bone tissue and fragments. However, if the bullet is able to avoid bones or other dense matter and can pass unobstructed through fleshy tissue, the wounds produced are relatively minor. The A-13 was initially designed for ease of operation and repair by glove-wearing soldiers in arctic conditions. The large gas piston, generous clearances between moving parts, and tapered cartridge case design allow the gun to endure large amounts of foreign matter and fouling without failing to cycle. This durability and reliability comes at the cost of accuracy, as the looser tolerances do not allow for precision and consistency. This makes it ideal for ground assaults and other short range operations. Unlike laser weapons, it can penetrate energy shields and hit targets that would be otherwise protected.

A-19 Sniper Rifle
Type: Bullets - .50 cal
Range: 1800 yards (1 mile maximum)
Rate of Fire: 120/minute
Description: The A-19 Sniper Rifle uses a .50 caliber bullet giving the rifle greater range over the previous 7.62mm sniper rifles. The rifle uses a Frank & Feurter telescopic sight, which provides the operator a wide range of flexibility when firing at varying ranges up to 1500 yards. If uses the Shodd & Freude telescopic sight when greater distance shots are required. The A-19 sniper rifle was designed specifically for use in arctic combat. It contains a special de-icing feature allowing it to be used effectively at temperatures as low as -40º F and is able to be operated and repaired while using heavy arctic gloves. It is the most accurate weapon in His Grace's Armed Forces with a .15 minute of arc. However, the rifle's accuracy and ruggedness come at the cost of a high level of maintenance and a slow rate of fire. The barrel and internal parts must be well oiled when in use and targets must be reacquired after every shot. The rifle uses a 15-round magazine, though it usually sits empty as most snipers prefer to load each round individually to prevent jamming. The higher caliber bullet causes significant damage when impacting its target. It is able to penetrate energy shields and can rip through sheet metal at 1500 yards.

B-37 Blaster Pistol
Type: Blast Energy Beam
Range: 200 yards (3 miles maximum)
Rate of Fire: 120/minute
Description: The B-37 Blaster Pistol fires a beam of intense energy which dissipates in a small, but violent explosion of extreme heat and force upon contact with any conductive material. It is able to sear through a half an inch of non-conductive material before the energy dissipates if unable to reach a conductive target. Initial impact is almost always marked by scorched blast points and, depending on the setting, damage can range from temporary paralysis of humans to blowing holes in steel. The B-37 uses a power cell to convert atmospheric gases into a compressed beam of intense energy particles fused with a super-hot laser light. The pistol can typically fire 15 charges before the power cell needs to be replaced. It is noted for its reliability and ease of use making it an ideal personal sidearm used throughout the armed forces.

B-12 Blaster Rifle
Type: Blast Energy Beam
Range: 500 yards (3 miles maximum)
Rate of Fire: 60/minute
Description: The B-12 Blaster Rifle uses the same technology as the B-37 to fire a beam of intense energy, but it forms a more powerful blast. It is able to sear through a half an inch of non-conductive material before the energy dissipates if unable to reach a conductive target. Initial impact is almost always marked by scorched blast points and, depending on the setting, damage can range from temporary paralysis of humans to blowing holes in reinforced steel bulkheads. The damage radius from the B-12 is also greater obliterating everything within a 1 foot radius of the blaster point. The B-12 is designed to use a pressurized gas canister (side mount) which the power cell converts into a compressed beam of intense energy particles fused with a super-hot laser light. This has the counter-intuitive benefit of reducing the amount of energy expended from the power cell while increasing the amount of energy in each blast, thereby enabling the blast to travel further and cause more damage. The rifle can typically fire 35 shots before the gas canister needs to be replaced and 70 before the power cell needs to be replace. It is the primary rifle of the armed forces.

EM-4 Pulse Gun
Type: Electro-Magnetic Pulse Beam
Range: 1500 yards (3 miles maximum)
Rate of Fire: 120/minute
Description: The EM-4 Pulse Gun fires a beam of electro-magnetic energy that creates a high-intensity burst of energy that produces damaging current and voltage surges. The electro-magnetic pulse is carried on a low level blast energy beam and detonates upon contact with a solid surface. The resulting pulse causes violent spikes in the energy levels of electrical devices operating within a 150 yard radius of the blast point. This has the additional effect of resetting magnetic poles and completely erasing all magnetically stored data and information. The EM-4 is primarily used as a weapon against equipment, but can be used against personnel as well. The low-energy blast beam effectively stuns the person hit and can impair electrical impulses in the nervous system. The gun uses a drum magazine containing 25 blast charges. It is ideally used from a mounted position, but may be fired

P-5 Plasma Rifle
Type: Plasma Energy Beam
Range: 300 yards (3 miles maximum)
Rate of Fire: 6/minute
Description: The P-5 Plasma Rifle fires a beam of super-heated plasma energy which dissipates in a violent explosion of concussive force, heat, and electrical damage. Unlike blasters, it reacts upon contact with any material. The plasma blast is able to cut through most energy shields and completely destroys everything with a two foot radius of its blast point. It also fries any electrical circuits and transistors within 10 feet the blast radius. It is designed to combat android and mechanized combat suits, rendering them completely inoperable. While it may be used against humans, it is considered akin to rabbit hunting with an Uzi. The plasma rifle has a density impact setting allowing it to burn through minor items without exploding, which is particularly useful in forest and blizzard combat. The P-5 uses a power cell to super-heat atmospheric gases into a compress beam of plasma energy bolt. The rifle can typically fire 15 shots before the power cell needs to be replaced.

R-2 Scrooch Gun
Type: Ray Gun
Range: 500 feet
Rate of Fire: 120/minute
Description: The Scrooch Gun fires a freeze ray that completely immobilizes its target. The target becomes completely rigid, their pulse drops, and their mental functions almost completely shut down as the mind enters into a state of hibernation. A setting on the gun determines the duration for which the target is frozen, and can range from a few hours to 99 years. At the end of this period the target returns to normal as if nothing happened and with no knowledge of the events transpiring during the freeze. This causes people to reflectively continue through the motion of their last action, despite changes in surroundings and situations. One benefit to the scrooching effects is that while completely defenseless, the target is nearly impervious to most forms of attack, as objects (bullets, blades, and explosions) are unable to penetrate the skin.

Anti-Personnel Battery (Mark II)
Type: Blast Energy Beam
Range: 1 mile (3 miles maximum)
Rate of Fire: 30/minute
Description: The Anti-Personnel Battery (APB II) has a rotating turret head giving it a 360-degree firing arc. Advanced targeting sensors enable it to identify and hit targets up to ten miles away, though its optimum range is 2 miles. It was especially notable because its energy beams exploded upon impact with a target. This explosion damages everything within an 30 foot radius of the target. This makes it ideal in its role as an anti-infantry battery, as it can cut down advancing troops long before their weapons entered effective range. A skilled gunner can take advantage of the turret's advanced targeting computer and use it to destroy an army's support equipment and even some smaller vehicles. When powered by a power generator it has unlimited ammunition. A typical battery is supported by a three man crew comprising a gunner, and power technician, and a targeting specialist operating within the tower. It can be manned by as few as one person, although this reduces its rate of fire and effectiveness.

Anti-Vehicle Battery (Mark I)
Type: Blast Enery Beam
Range: 1 mile (3 miles maximum)
Rate of Fire: 4/minute
Description: The mark one style Anti-Vehicle Battery (AVB I) is a formidable weapon capable of disarming an enemy tank with a single shot. It is mounted on a swivel base allowing for a 360 degree firing arc. Additionally, it can be angled sufficiently so that it can be used to attack land and air based vehicles. Power drawn from up to 12 grids are used to charge the laser, and must be repowered after every shot. This requires the battery to be connected to a power supply or else it will be limited only to the power currently in the grid. Power from all 12 grids is needed for the battery to operated at optimal capacity. Reducing the number of grids used, either voluntarily or through damage, reduces the effectiveness of the battery. Only fully charged grids can be used in a single shot, though a more rapid rate of fire can be achieved by reducing grid usage enabling an immediate second shot. The battery is extremely rugged and was designed to handle to extreme temperatures and altitudes of the Grand Duchy. A typical battery is supported by a two man crew comprising a gunner and power technician.

Goof Gas
Type: Neuro-Toxin Gas
Range: Varies
Rate of Fire: n/a
Description: The Goof Gas is a biological weapon the reacts with the brain and reduces the victim's intelligence quotient to that of an idiot (below 30). A person affected by this gas typically remains in this state for 3 to four days as there is no known antidote. The gas disperses fairly quickly in open air, but in the confines of a ventilation system it can travel a great distance before dispersing enough to render it harmless. In its original state the gas is colorless and odorless; it is artificially colored so that chemical specialists are able to track it. A typical grenade contains enough gas to affect a 10'x10' open area for 5 minutes. Larger smoke pots are able to affect 30'x30' open area for 20 minutes.

Hushaboom Bombs
Type: Nuclear Bomb
Range: n/a
Rate of Fire: 1
Description: The Hushaboom bomb is a nuclear bomb designed to completely destroy an area within a 330 foot radius (approximately the size of 1 city block) without making a single sound. The bomb can be detonated either through the use of a fuse or after striking an object after falling at least 100 feet. The bomb was designed to either be dropped from an airplane or planted by soldiers, and has no means of self-propulsion. The Hushaboom utilizes "black hole" technology which causes an immense explosion that almost immediately collapses back upon itself. This prevents any sound, light, or force from escaping the blast zone. Within the blast zone, the counteracting forces rip nearly everything to shreds and pull it to the center of the explosion. A superheated ball of molten debris is usually formed at the center of the explosion and is a tell-tale indication of the bomb.

StingRay Torpedo
Type: Heavy Torpedo (18 inch)
Range: 23 miles
Rate of Fire: 2 per tube per minute
Description: The StingRay is a heavyweight torpedo designed to sink fast, deep-diving nuclear-powered submarines and high-performance surface ships. It contains a 650lb high explosive directed energy torpex warhead and ignites all unused fuel upon impact. When attacking a surface ship, the StingRay is designed to detonate under the keel, breaking the ship's back and destroying its structural integrity. The torpedo uses a monopropellant that decomposes into hot gas to drive its internal engine. This enables the torpedo to travel extreme distances in search of its target while still maintaining a noise isolation that makes it difficult to detect by enemy ships. The StingRay uses classified sensors, which are able to distinguish between types of ships and nation of origin, to locate and attack targets. It uses a tracking pinger to help avoid the need to maneuver as it closes in on it target and in the event of a miss enables it to circle back for a second attempt. It has an operational depth of up to 2600 feet, a speed of 63 mph (55 knots), and a range of 23 miles allowing it to outrun and pursue all known naval ships.

Landshark Ballistic Missile
Type: Nuclear Missile
Range: 7,000 miles
Rate of Fire: 1
Description: The Landshark missile is accurate enough to be a first strike, counterforce, or second strike weapon. It uses a Multiple Independently-targetable Reentry Vehicle (MIRV) warhead to deploy 12 nuclear missiles, which allows a single launched missile to strike several targets, or fewer targets redundantly. Within two minutes of breaching the water's surface the missile reaches its cruising speed, traveling faster than 20,000 ft/s (13,600 mph)The missile attains a temporary low altitude orbit only a few minutes after launch. It uses an inertial navigation system to locate its target backed up by the Celestial-Navigation System, which is used to correct small positional errors that have accrued during the flight. After acquiring target lock with the Celestial Navigation System, the missile deploys the MIRV warheads as their respective targets come within range.
The Landshark Ballistic Missile launches from the submarine occurs below the ocean surface. The missiles are ejected from their tubes by igniting an explosive charge in a separate container which is separated by two titanium alloy pinnacles activated by a triple alloy steam system. The energy from the blast is directed to a water tank, which is flash-vaporized to steam. The subsequent pressure spike is strong enough to eject the missile out of the tube and give it enough momentum to reach and clear the surface of the water. The missile is pressurized with nitrogen to prevent the intrusion of water into any internal spaces, which could damage the missile or add weight, destabilizing the missile. Should the missile fail to breach the surface of the water, there are several safety mechanisms that can either deactivate the missile before launch or guide the missile through an additional phase of launch. Inertial motion sensors are activated upon launch, and when the sensors detect downward acceleration after being blown out of the water, the first stage engine ignites.
Metal-Munching Mice
Type: Assault Drones
Description: The Metal-Munching Mouse is a six-foot-tall robot that is capable of cutting through metal objects and reducing them to filings. The mice are primarily used to combat the resolve of the population at large. The destroy television antennas and cable boxes forcing townsfolk to watch black screens or clothes drying at the laundromat. The robots are semi-autonomous units, operating according to objectives programmed into them prior to deployment. The program may be over-ridden, at which point they must be manually controlled via remote access. In the event of sabotage, all Metal-Munching Mice have an automatic shutoff frequency rendering them incapable of action. The shutdown frequencies require not just the proper pitch, but also the right device to emit it.
