Boris Badenov
Boris is the director of the Government Office of No-goodniks (G.O.O.N.), in the Department of Espionage. He is the "the world's greatest no-goodnik" and is thoroughly dedicated to (and takes delight in) all manners of nefarious deeds, which sometimes include his own schemes, such as starting his own organized crime gang. He is an active member of Local 12 of the Villains, Thieves, and Scoundrels Union. Boris is also quite proud of the fact that the nicest thing Fearless Leader ever did for him was sending a picture of himself to Boris inscribed "Drop Dead-Fearless Leader."

Cpt. Peter J. "Wrong Way" Peachfuzz
Captain Peachfuzz joined the navy at 18. He has been awarded numerous medals, all of which were donated by the enemy. After becoming the first captain of an icebreaker in the South Seas, he was given the nickname "Wrong Way." His crew contemplated mutiny but decided instead to install a dummy control room, so that Peachfuzz would think he was in command, while the crew actually controlled the ship from another location. He received a large inheritance which he used to purchase and take command of the decommissioned S.S. Andalusia (a.k.a. "Athabaska"). He is currently assigned to a bureau for someone of his "competence" - the Weather Bureau.
Mr. Big
While Mr. Big has an incredibly diminutive stature, he casts a long, tall, and menacing shadow against whatever wall happens to be handy, projecting a sense of fear into whomever he is speaking. He serves the government in the Province of Pottsylvania in some manner, but his role has never made truly clear. Prior to the war he worked with Fearless Leader as a consultant on military operations. It is rumored that he works in the Department of Espionage as he has been know to have close ties with Boris Badenov.
Professor Bermuda Schwartz
Professor Bermuda Schwartz is a nuclear physicist working for Wossamotta University. He is credited as discovering the formula for anti-force propulsion and using it to develop the Hushaboom bomb. After an accidental explosion that resulted in the death of the Duke Ellington, Duchess Simone, and the entire science building at Wossamotta University, his work on anti-force propulsion was terminated and his notes and research classified. At the onset of the Ice Cold War, Professor Schwartz was hired by the Department of War to develop a means of harnessing anti-force into weapon. This led to the creation of the Hushaboom bomb. After the war he returned to his post at the University to continue his research and head the physics department.
